What counts as an active onboardee?
An active onboardee is any employee with an ongoing onboarding track. Once onboarding is completed or paused, they no longer count. Managers and admins are always free.
How does billing work?
At the end of each month, Onvanta reports the number of active onboardees to Stripe. You pay €24.99 per active onboardee. There are no setup fees or fixed monthly costs.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
After 14 days you'll be asked to add a payment method. Your data is always preserved. If you don't upgrade, your account enters read-only mode — nothing is deleted.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel via the customer portal in your settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.
Are there any setup fees?
No. No setup fees, no implementation costs, no hidden charges. You only pay per active onboardee per month.
