From sign-up to first onboarding
Live in 5 steps. It takes less than 10 minutes.
Create a free account
Go to onvanta.io and click 'Start free'. Enter your name, company name and email address. You'll receive a magic link — no password needed. The first 14 days are completely free.
Set up your branding
Go to Settings → Branding. Upload your logo and choose your primary colour. Every new employee will immediately see that it's your company.
Create your first onboarding template
Go to Templates and click 'New template'. Choose a role (e.g. Customer Service, Sales, Operator) and give the template a name. Add steps with text, video, quizzes or flashcards. You can also choose from our library of 30 ready-made templates, or let AI generate a template based on a job description.
Invite your first employee
Go to Onboardings → New onboarding. Enter the name and email address of your new employee and link the right template. The employee automatically receives an invitation email with a personal magic link.
Track progress in your dashboard
In the manager dashboard you can see immediately how far each employee is. Is someone falling behind? You'll automatically receive an at-risk alert so you can step in early — before the 30-day review.
